Why I said yes to this dinner summit (and why I think you’ll love it)
|
Dear Reader, I get asked to be part of many collaborations. I say no to a lot of them. But, when Brett DuPree of Freaking Delish invited me months ago about being a speaker for the "What's for Dinner?": The Summit, I said yes right away. Here's why. If you scroll through the speaker list you'll see a lot of talented cooks, chefs, and food bloggers, all people who are great at the what of dinner and will be undoubtedly amazing!
However, I was invited because of the different approach I take, which is getting into the WHY you can't get yourself to meal plan and cook some nights, even when you know exactly what to make. That's a nervous system and energy capacity problem before it's a recipe problem, and it's what I unpack in my session. I'm speaking on "From Dinner Stress to Dinner Rhythm," live on Monday, August 17th at 1:30pm eastern. I'll walk through my Red, Orange, Green Day protocol, a simple way to plan dinner around your actual capacity instead of an ideal version of your week. I'll be live in the chatbox for the first 30 minutes after it airs, so bring your questions. Everything is free. Each day's sessions are up for 24 hours, so you can watch whenever works for you.
Warmly, Jenny P.S. Once you register, you'll see an option for the All Access Pass: lifetime access to every session plus a bonus bundle from the speakers. Worth a look if you want to keep it all. |
