{HMW} What 11,000 adults reveal about stress, eating timing, and your nervous system


Dear Reader,

Tomorrow I'm hosting a free Zoom session for new members of the Just One More Bite community, and I'd love for you to be there.

We'll kick things off with a quick icebreaker so you can meet the people you'll be connecting with alongside in the community.

Then we'll move into a short teaching on something most people find very helpful and even game-changing: the difference between the three types of fullness.

Most of us have been taught to eat until our stomach is full. But stomach fullness is only one of three signals your body uses, and it's actually the least reliable one for knowing when you're truly done.

Here's what we'll cover:

01 — Taste satiety

02 — Belly fullness.

03 — Full body satiety

The whole thing is 60 minutes. You'll leave with one practice to try and hopefully some new friends as well!

I can't believe I've gone 53 years without the splendor of passionfruit!

I got treated to this unique fruit for most breakfasts on our recent trip to Mexico. The taste is a bit hard to describe but the pulp is intensely tart and tropical, with a floral sweetness underneath. The flavor is concentrated, almost perfume-like, with notes of citrus and guava.
