{HMW} Building intuitive eating skills in real life situations πŸ”₯

Dear Reader,

Yesterday, I facilitated this month's Monthly Mindful Lounge workshop on building intuitive eating skills in real life situations, and I'm feeling so grateful for this community we've built.

The thing about eating challenges is that they often feel so personal and shameful, but are actually incredibly common.

And when you have practical tools plus people who understand? Everything can shift.

We worked through restaurant scenarios, family pressure situations, and those tricky work events where food becomes complicated.

People left with printable strategy cards with scripts they could use and their own personalized hunger-fullness scale that makes sense for their body.

I know monthly subscriptions for Just One More Bite aren't for everyone right now, so I'm offering this workshop as a standalone product as part of my pay-what-you-can shop!

Pay what you can, minimum $5. You get the full session recording plus all the tools we created together.

Everyone deserves to eat with confidence, whether they're at home or navigating their most challenging food situations.

If you find yourself wanting more of this kind of support, our monthly Just One More Bite community is where these conversations happen regularlyβ€”real people, practical tools, and the ongoing encouragement that makes change sustainable.

Ingredient Spotlight:

Honeydew Melon

Sure, Honeydew is often the overlooked melon in the fruit salad trio, but honestly? That's their loss. When perfectly ripe, honeydew is incredibly sweet and has this almost floral quality that's totally unique.

I love honeydew because it's hydrating without being too heavy, making it perfect for those sweltering afternoons when you want something sweet but not overly rich. Plus, it's packed with vitamin C and potassium, so your body gets a nice little boost while you're treating your taste buds.

Try it diced in a grain bowl for unexpected sweetness, blend it into a morning smoothie, or wrap thin slices with prosciutto for an elegant appetizer that'll make people think you're fancier than you actually are.
